"Bundling and discounts are top of the line, but what I value most is the fact that I can text my agent instead of enduring a phone call, waiting and trying to converse with a foreigner that cannot speak English adequately. Today, for example, I texted and a live agent replied in less than 5 minutes. That is superior service!"
